We are currently seeking dedicated and experienced Community Support Workers to join our dynamic team in **Liverpool and surrounding areas**, helping us make a meaningful difference.

**What you'll do**
- **Companionship**: Provide emotional support and create a nurturing environment.
- **Household Tasks**: Assist with cleaning, laundry, and organizing.
- **Community Involvement**: Accompany clients to appointments, social activities, and events.
- **Personal Care**: Assist with bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting.
- **Mobility Support**: Help clients with transfers and movement using appropriate techniques and equipment.
- **Health Monitoring**: Administer medications and keep an eye on health conditions.
- **Meal Preparation**: Prepare and assist with meals, ensuring dietary needs are met.
- **Record Keeping**: Maintain accurate and up-to-date care records.
- **Effective Communication**: Collaborate with clients, families, and healthcare professionals.
- **Adherence to Protocols**: Follow care plans and company policies diligently.

**Who we're after**
- **Experienced Professionals**: Prior experience as a Disability Support Worker, with additional experience in supporting individuals with non-verbal autism, schizophrenia, and dementia.
- **Safety First**: Must have valid First Aid and CPR certification.
- **Mobile & Ready**: A current driver’s license and reliable transportation are essential.
- **Great Communicators**: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are a must.
- **Heartfelt Care**: We need compassionate, patient, and empathetic individuals.
- **Team Players & Independent Workers**: Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- **Organized & Efficient**: Strong organizational and time-management skills are key.
- **Flexible Schedulers**: Willingness to work various shifts, including weekends and public holidays.

**Needed availability**
- **Monday**:9am
- 12pm (MUST be available)
- **Tuesday**:9.15am - 1.15pm
- **Wednesday**:9am
- 12pm (MUST be available)
- **Thursday**:Anytime between 9am - 2pm
- **Friday**:9am - 1pm (MUST be available)

**Job Type**: Casual

Pay: $33.00 - $36.00 per hour

Expected hours: 15 - 20 per week

**Benefits**:

Supplementary Pay:

**Experience**:

- Non-verbal Autism: 1 year (preferred)
- Schizophrenia: 1 year (preferred)
- Dementia care: 1 year (preferred)

Licence/Certification:

- NDISWC (preferred)
- National Police Certificate (preferred)
- Driver Licence and an insured personal vehicle (required)

Work Authorisation:

- Australia (preferred)
