**About the position**

Working at the Maldon Hospital campus of Dhelkaya Health will give you the skills, opportunity and experience to continue to improve the health and wellbeing of the Maldon community.

The **After Hours Manager (AHM)** will assume operational management responsibility and oversight of all nursing areas of Maldon Hospital. This role is inclusive of afterhours supervision of all areas and carries responsibility for ensuring the organisation complies with legislative and regulatory requirements. Our AHMs work across all aspects of the hospital from hands on care of the patients and residents, through to supervision of staff and site management. This makes for a very rewarding and autonomous position with a very supportive team of staff.

**About the Maldon Hospital campus**

The Maldon Hospital is a small campus of Dhelkaya Health situated in the small picturesque town of Maldon. We service the local community with 28 residential aged care beds, 4 acute beds, and a primary care centre that is supported by our general practitioner.
