**About the opportunity**

Uniting Early Learning is expanding We are seeking an experienced and dedicated Service Lead for our newest Outside School Hours Care Program at Castlemaine North Uniting. This position will lead our After School and Vacation Care Programs, overseeing a small team of likeminded educators.

As part of the broader early learning team, you will be supported and guided by our experienced program and senior manager in delivering the highest quality OSHC Program. This role will uphold Uniting’s values whilst developing and maintaining positive relationships within the team and broader school community.

Operating the program from a dedicated space, you will initially work **Monday to Friday from 2.30pm - 6.00pm** + 3 hours per week additional planning / leadership time as you lead both the operational requirements and time spent. As you grow the service through your community engagement, your hours and team will grow to accommodate the need.

Your prior experience and qualifications in an Early Learning leadership role demonstrates strong organisation and planning skills with high attention to detail.

Being a strong communicator, your eagerness to develop an intimate knowledge of our services and operational model is paralleled by your desire to contribute to local communities through enabling our service delivery of high quality and contemporary early learning programs.
