Payroll officer opportunity to assist a standalone manager for an Inner West Sydney organisation

**Your new company**

You will be working for a sophisticated, fresh organisation that provides the Sydney region with superior, innovative solutions. This company has taken control of their payroll processes going paperless and automating many of their processes allowing you the freedom to focus on advancing your compliance, reporting and payroll legislation procedures. You will be proactive in your payroll routines as well as be part of a hands-on environment offering experience in all areas of payroll calculations, EBA interpretations and analysis. The role is reporting to a payroll manager, so there is plenty of opportunities to advance your payroll skills and grow your career or maintain your current payroll repertoire by committing to a role where you do your mon-fri routine managing a weekly payrun.

**Your new role**

In this role you will be assisting with the compliance of a payrun for 200 employees weekly by managing the
- Return to work legislation processes
- Workers compensation
- Superannuation
- EBA/Awards interpretations
- Onboarding/offboarding
- Leave calculations
- Payroll enquiries

**What you'll need to succeed**
- Confidence in end to end payroll management as well as stand-alone environments
- Previous experience or insight with an EBA
- Excellent communication skills
