Burger Urge Toowoomba South is looking for a Part Time Restaurant Shift Assistant to join the Toowoomba team. Reporting to the Restaurant Manager, the successful applicant will be hands-on, while being responsible for looking after the day-to-day operations of the business. To be successful in this role you will:

- have prior experience supervising teams in a high volume hospitality or customer-service oriented environment.
- have prior experience working in a busy kitchen, Fryer and Grill experience would be advantageous.
- demonstrate exemplary customer service, communication, leadership, mentoring and training skills.
- follow and administer all opening, closing, operational and food safety procedures
- manage staff costs.
- control stock.
- ensure restaurant is clean and well-presented.
- be highly motivated, hands-on and energetic.
- hold or have the ability to obtain a current Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) certificate.
- completed or have the ability to complete the I’m Alert food safety course or nationally recognised food safety certificate.
- completed or have the ability to complete COVID Safe Work training.
- be able to work nights and weekends.

**Job Type**: Part-time
Part-time hours: 25-35 per week

**Salary**: $25.00 - $30.00 per hour
