Fantastic opportunity for an enthusiastic individual to join our Pool Doctor team.

Based on the Northern Gold Coast, we are offering a full-time position to a customer-focused individual.

As a Retail Sales Assistant your day will be focused around:

- Projecting a positive, friendly, enthusiastic manner to both fellow team members and customers alike.
- Actively working in the front of shop to assist our customers through professional advice, providing a caring and informed service.
- Continuous drive for increasing sales, and providing input and ideas on how to continuously build our customer base.
- Answering phone enquiries and booking jobs to maximise sales.
- Achieving and exceeding sales budgets.
- Assisting in unpacking orders and stocking shelves.
- Being confident, comfortable and capable of providing customers with the correct product information.
- Assisting in supporting and motivating colleagues.

You'll need the following qualifications and knowledge to be a successful Retail Sales Assistant:

- Exceptional standard of customer service
- Ability to organise priorities and demands
- Outstanding communication skills
- An enthusiastic and positive attitude
- Experience in retail sales and register operations
- Previous experience in Pool Industry - Good knowledge of pool products and chemicals
- Available for weekend work
- Ability to lift 20kg

**Salary**: $50,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
