- Confidently manage up to four events at the same time
- Lead, train and motivate the team while fostering a positive and energetic atmosphere
- Maintain high attention to detail and composure during busy operations
- Build strong relationships with clients to ensure events run smoothly and exceed expectations

**What We’re Looking For**:

- Availability for weekends, evenings, and weekday shifts
- Hands-on approach and passion for delivering exceptional functions and events
- Experience in team training and client management
- Current QLD RSA certificate
