**Your new role**

In conjunction with Early Childhood Teachers, you will contribute to the development and implementation of a high-quality education and care curriculum for children consistent with the school’s ELC’s philosophy, policies, and procedures. You will respond to children’s strengths, interests, and needs and implement a planning cycle for individual children and the whole group of children. The Early learning centre offers a long day care program for 3,4 and 5-year-olds. The learning happens through wonder, dreaming, invention and enquiry. Collaboration is central to the learning experience as they foster authentic research around the conceptual development of each child.

**What you'll need to succeed**

Certificate III, Diploma & ECT Qualification (ACECQA approved)
Fluency in German and strong understanding of German culture preferred.
Prior experience working with 2-5-year-old
Sound computer skills Current ACECQA approved Child Protection training
Valid Working with Children Check (WWCC)
Personable and dynamic with a flair for effective communication at all level.
