Our client has been operating nationally for over 20 years, and are recognised as a leading authority in the production of clear communication, bringing to market tailored training for all workplace professionals.

As part of their exciting growth strategy, today they are seeking to appoint a dedicated Account Manager into their high performing, high profile team.

**So what you will bring to this role**:

- Extensive experience in strategic sales management, ideally in client-focused corporate, education or government organisations
- Entrepreneurial skills to identify and secure your business development goals
- Proven analytical skills to support your design of best in class sales growth strategies
- Demonstrated proactive Account Management skills - B2B corporate or govt accounts
- Experience liaising with all levels of corporates and government
- Demonstrated contract management skills, ideally in government
- Demonstrated end to end pipeline development and management
- Sound listening skills & excellent communication skills
- Experience working to targets and KPIs
- Strong organisational and planning skills
- A high attention to detail

**Your key responsibilities will include**:

- Developing sales plans to deliver to a business growth strategy
- Proactively nurturing government and some key enterprise accounts
- Identifying and building new digital revenue streams
- Managing leads and opportunities, scoping service needs and actions and preparing quotes and tenders
- liaising with team managers to ensure effective scheduling and delivery of all services, underpinning the sustainability of their competitive advantage
- building and nurturing high-level client relationships and tender opportunities
- Strategic and tactical stakeholder engagement and management
