**The opportunity**

Health Infrastructure (HI) are seeking experienced and innovative Change leaders to provide expertise and management of essential change programs of work.

You’ll work closely with senior leaders, project teams and experts from diverse fields to successfully drive the delivery of HI’s Corporate Change Programs.

You will bring your extensive change expertise to coach and guide key stakeholders to effectively adopt and sustain best practice change processes. Your change portfolio will include exciting and diverse projects across planning, delivery and implementation of various projects and programs.

To ensure these change programs are effectively managed across the organisation, you will design and implement a robust Corporate Change portfolio including effective risk management, reporting and governance frameworks. Using this program view and scale you will ensure best practices are embedded to achieve HI’s corporate vision and drive measurable success.

There are two opportunities available as Manager, Change Advisory, Corporate Change, both within different facets of the organisation. They are:

- Full-time, ongoing position within our Capital & Commercial Advisory team.
- Full time, temporary position for a period of 18 months within our People & Culture team.

Please note that as Health Infrastructure is an organisation of NSW Health, the successful applicant must reside in NSW or be willing to relocate if appointed.
