**The Role**
We are looking for an experienced Pools Supervisor who is interested in taking the next step in their career. Work with the Pools Manager to lead and support a dedicated team of Pool Attendants across our 3 main areas of the venue.

Our Pools Supervisor is responsible for providing leadership, support and guidance to the Pools team whilst ensuring the service to all guests is efficient, friendly, and professional at all times.

Reporting to the Pools Manager, you will lead by example, demonstrating and promoting our company Values and Purpose when attending to guest requests and show efficiency in constantly striving to provide an exceptional customer experience.

In addition, the role will encompass the following accountabilities:

- In partnership with the Pools Manager, ensure day to day smooth operation of the Pool facilities
- Provide leadership and guidance to Pools team on shift, ensuring efficient, friendly and professionalism is maintained
- Support Pools Manager with providing on-the-job training and education to the Pools team.
- Facilitate a culture where the team embrace change with a positive attitude and encourage staff to actively put forward their ideas for continuous improvement.
- Lead by example when attending to guest requests and demonstrate a consistent and high level of customer service
- Monitor and evaluate the overall wellness of our guests and effectively address any guest-based issues that are identified.
- Evaluate first aid procedures and risk assessments as required
- Monitor and adjust chlorine levels, pool temperatures and flow to maintain cleanliness and appropriate temperature for guest satisfaction
- Collaborate with the Operations & Wellness Teams to maximise guest experience
- Ensure all operating equipment is in good working order, reporting any unsafe work conditions, faults, and repairs or cleaning needs to the appropriate department via the relevant communication channels
- Communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders (guests/business partners/contractors etc) as required, ensuring all necessary stakeholders are appropriately informed and/or consulted with regarding to guest queries
- Ensure full compliance of OHS regulations, all company policies and procedures, and any company directives, in relation to workplace health and safety, ensuring a safe working environment that is free of risks to health, so far as is reasonably practicable

**About You**
- Previous supervisory experience of a medium to large sized team required
- Advanced First Aid Training is mandatory
- Working with Children Check
- Exceptional customer service skills
- Strong leadership and problem solving skills
- Calm under pressure and be adaptable to various situations
- Reliable/Trustworthy
- Strong attention to detail
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Pool lifeguard qualification highly regarded
- Previous experience administering first aid in a similar environment desirable
