Housekeeping Supervisor

**The Role**

Alba Thermal Springs is a luxury wellness destination on the Mornington Peninsula.

The Housekeeping Supervisor (Female) is responsible for overseeing the daily operation of the Housekeeping department including change/locker rooms, bathrooms, Reception, hallways and The Sanctuary. Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

- Assist in monitoring the daily operation of the housekeeping department, including overseeing duties assigned to staff and monitoring the cleanliness of all Housekeeping areas daily.
- Oversee and clean female guest changing/locker rooms, storage areas and corridors as allocated to the required standard.
- Report/log any issues or damage to property or maintenance requests.
- Ensure guest supplies in changing/locker rooms and bathrooms are replenished to the correct standards in line with Alba brand.
- Always ensure the security of keys and guest lockers by adherence to security procedures.
- Ensure all department equipment is maintained to a high standard. Assist with regular equipment stocktaking.
- Understand the correct usage and storage of cleaning agents, in line with health and safety regulations.
- Stand-in for any member of staff that is unavailable to carry out their duties to prevent any unfilled gaps.
- Assist the Housekeeping Manager, and the team, to meet KPI’s.
- Assist the Housekeeping Manager with administrative tasks for the team.

We will provide flexibility with days and hours across a rotational roster.

We offer a competitive salary/hourly rate + superannuation.
