THE ROLE

Are you ready to WOW our customers by leading a Nutrition Warehouse store? People are at the heart of what we do: your key mission as a Store Manager is to help our customers achieve their health and fitness goals by ensuring an exceptional customer experience every single time.

As a Store Manager, you will also be actively building your team capabilities and engagement. With continuous support from HQ, you will be provided with the tools and coaching to drive recruitment, training, succession and team culture in your store What a vibe.

Driven by sales targets and KPIs, you will also challenge yourself and motivate your team to exceed performance targets, while building the Nutrition Warehouse brand and partnerships in your area (and yes, we have some awesome cash rewards for kicking those goals)

If you are motivated by helping people reach their health and fitness goals and have experience in retail, express your interest today Some of the other things we look out for are:

- A demonstrated passion for health and fitness
- A genuine love for people and providing a customer experience that WOWs
- Exceptional sales experience and a knowledge of fundamental sales techniques
- Experience in retail leadership, previously coaching and developing a sales team
- A high level of communication skills and an ability to build relationships quickly
- Strong business acumen, understanding the impact of budgets, targets and KPIs
- A positive attitude with the natural drive to bring FUN into work every day
