As a leader and Instructor I we need the following qualities:

- Stays True to their Word (punctual, professional, honest and reliable)
- Takes Pride in how they are received (always well presented)
- Must be Real and Authentic and know how to have a conversation (have excellent communication skills)
- Gets S*#t Done without having to be micromanaged (highly organised and self-motivated)
- Must be able to laugh and take on new experiences
- MUST bring yourself to the team - Don’t try to be someone you are not
- Enthusiastic to learn and interact with a wide range (3-73 yrs lol) of our extended family members (students and potential students)

Salary $45,000 - $65,000
