Lindsay Transport is the largest transporter of fresh produce in Australia, specialising in temperature sensitive, time-slotted freight into Central Markets and major Grocery Distribution Centres to help our customers best meet their national supply chain needs.

Today we employ over 1400 exceptional individuals, with roughly 35% based in Regional Australia, and together we service over 1.5 million tonnes of temperature-controlled freight every year across the country.

**The Role**:
This role is based out of Acacia Ridge. This is a high traffic site across a 24-hour period.

**The role will include the following duties**:

- Follow emergency procedures and liaise with emergency services
- Ensuring compliance with driver’s paperwork & loads
- Manage vehicles coming in and out of site
- Temperature monitoring of all refrigerated trailers & trucks
- Attend to security breaches
- Attend to medical emergencies if needed
- Camera patrols to monitor site safety
- Patrols and Site protection
- Ensure site rules are always followed on site
- Work on a rotating roster that will include night shift and weekends
- Communicate on a regular basis with drivers, operational staff and managers.

**Skills & Experience**:

- Previous experience in role or industry
- Must be proficient with computers and Microsoft office
- Current First Aid Certificate (preferred)
- Current Security License with Unarmed & Monitoring modules
- Drivers license
- Great written and verbal communication skills.
