This role involves developing and maintaining program and project control processes, standards, tools, and systems to ensure the successful delivery of programs and projects within scope, schedule, and budget.

As the Portfolio Controls Lead at Sunwater, you will:

- Coach and mentor the Portfolio controls team in the configuring/maintenance of Project controls systems, consolidating Portfolio and Program Level reports.
- Ensuring compliance to IDD Controls procedures and processes including Schedule, Cost, Change, Risk Management.
- Lead the development and maintenance of Portfolio and Program controls reports to help support the delivery and maintenance of projects.
- Lead the process of collection, consolidation, analysis and reporting on project productivity, scope, schedule, cost, risk and change.
- **Strategic vision**:Oversee the governance and quality assurance across a portfolio of projects.
- **Communication skills**: Advanced interpersonal skills with the ability to contribute effectively as a team member and build effective working relationships and positively influence the actions of Project Managers to drive behavioural change and performance improvement
