Our Sydney warehouse is the engine room—and we need dependable people to help us keep up the pace.

**About the Role**

This is an **operational role** focused on the physical day-to-day tasks of running our warehouse and order fulfillment system. You'll work closely with the Operations Manager and the rest of the pick/pack team.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Pick, pack, and prepare customer orders for daily dispatch
- Ensure all orders are packed with accuracy and care
- Maintain stock organisation and rotate inventory as needed
- Receive and unpack deliveries and restock shelves
- Help keep the warehouse clean and tidy
- Assist with basic admin tasks (e.g. printing labels, updating inventory systems)
- Support with product kitting, boxing, and returns processing
- Physically capable of being on your feet and lifting up to 10kg
- Strong attention to detail—you double-check every order
- Punctual, reliable, and efficient with your time
- Previous warehouse or fulfillment experience preferred but not essential
- Able to work independently and follow instructions
- A team player with a no-drama, get-it-done attitude

**Hours & Location**
- Part-time and casual shifts available (flexible across weekdays)
- Must be available to work from our **Rouse Hill-based warehouse**
