**Purpose of the Role**

As a **People & Culture Advisor,** you will be a pivotal member of our People Advisory Team, acting as the first point of contact and ensuring a consistent and positive people experience. Working across the entire employee lifecycle, from onboarding to offboarding, you'll address HR-related queries, provide expert advice, clarity on policies, and contribute to impactful projects that elevate our people experience.
- Elevate the capabilities of employees and leaders in aligning with the People & Culture purpose and plan.
- Work with the Advisory team and collaboratively with other teams in P&C to put in proactive measures to address trends or systemic issues seen in our data.
- Maintain and provide continuous improvement to our HRIS, People and Culture Hub and Yammer page
**How you can support the energy transition**
To thrive in this role, you will have generalist HR experience and enjoy working in a fast moving, fluid environment, supporting day to day operational needs as well as supporting and delivering impactful projects that build our people experience and capability.
- Ability to build strong relationships and credibility with stakeholders.
- Continuous improvement and growth mindset
- Working collaboratively is your “trademark” in a cross-functional team environments.
- Comfortable engaging with stakeholder groups to educate and guide on new initiatives and uplift capability.
- Experience using HRIS systems and enjoy working with new technology
- Tertiary qualifications in HR or related field
