**Aquatic Achievers Swim Schools** is among Australia’s best learn-to-swim providers for children. Our program teaches swimming and water safety from as young as 3 months, through to 12 years of age. We have current opportunity for **Customer Experience Specialist/Receptionist team members** to join our team of over 450 great people, across 11 locations in Brisbane, Sydney, Melbourne and Canberra. Customer Experience or ‘CX’ roles are an important part of delivering great learn-to-swim experiences for families. Helping with everything from lesson bookings and swim gear recommendations to information and advice, you’ll really enjoy the broad range of opportunities to grow your skills and add value for children and their families each visit.

**What you’ll need**

Although required for the role, the following are not necessary for you to apply, and we will cover the cost of obtaining and renewing all required qualifications which include:
