**About the Role**

As the Revenue Analyst, you will be responsible for providing the General Manager and Leadership Team with guidance in developing and implementing long-term and short-term tactics to increase the hotel’s overall revenues and to maximize profit. You will use your analytical skills, excellent knowledge of the 5 star hotel market in Western Australia and strategic orientation to ensure that the hotel achieves its targets.

**Some of the responsibilities include**:

- Prepare daily, weekly, monthly room occupancy and average rate forecast through the use of business intelligence and revenue management systems
- Provide tactical consultation on effective revenue generating processing through inventory usage, rate control management, pricing and distribution
- Ensure the inventory distribution through all channels is in line with Hyatt’s distribution strategy
- Ensure daily pricing strategies are optimized and to review / assist in the re-design of the pricing strategies if necessary
- Work closely with the Front Office Management team to ensure that daily inventory is managed and identify any opportunities to drive incremental revenue
- Assist the General Manager, Director of Finance and Director of Sales and Marketing and the department to maximize revenue and yield business

**Qualifications**:
**Qualification**:

- University qualifications in Hospitality Management, Sales & Marketing, Commerce or other related qualifications
- Previous experience in or aligned to Analyst role
- Strong organisational and analytical skills with strategic orientation as well as good problem solving
- Administrative and interpersonal skills are essential
- Advanced written and verbal presentation skills
