**About the Role**
Reporting to the Sales Manager, the purpose of this role is to provide outstanding Customer Service to customers and facilitate the purchasing experience.

**Your Duties**
- Initiate and maintain relationships with potential customers
- Convert enquiries into leads, opportunities and test drives by understanding their needs and interests
- Conduct the handover of cars to customers in a professional manner
- Collaborate with other team members on the running of marketing events, sales campaigns and promotions
- Assist with the setup of showroom and promotional displays

**Skills and Experience**
- Ideally you will have previous experience selling new cars or a minimum of 2 years’ experience in a fast-paced sales role or client service sales role
- Possess strong interpersonal and presentation skills
- Be self-motivated, resilient, solution focused with an enthusiastic personality
- The ability to work on a rostered basis, including weekends
- Full unrestricted Driver License
