Garden e-Scaping Design trading as Jim’s Mowing Varsity Lakes is family-owned business. We have been from 2020 and we have experienced an extraordinary growth. **About the role**

**Duties**

The successful applicants will be required to work across all aspects of lawn and garden maintenance as well as tackling sometimes bigger landscaping project. This position requires someone who values high standards, has a strong work ethic and a positive attitude.

**Skills and experience**

Work involved includes (but not limited to):

- Communicating in a polite and respectful manner with clients\
- Garden Maintenance
- Lawn Mowing
- Whipper snipping
- Weeding and weed spraying
- Trimming of hedges
- Garden tidy up
- Mulching
- Taking photos and details for quotes/invoicing

**Mandatory Requirements**
- Reliable car that is fully registered and insured to get and go to/from the base
- Valid Australian licence to get to and from work.
- Be Fit and Healthy (Outdoor work)
- Must be willing to perform manual labour with periods of physical exertion
- Reliable mobile phone.
- Experience in driving a work Ute and trailer (you may be asked to demonstrate your trailer skills).
- Experience in gardening including being capable of using gardening equipment
- Available to start work between 6-7am in the morning.
- Enjoy working as part of a team and/or alone.
- Reliable, punctual and hard working.
- Well presented with good communication skills.
- A sense of achievement for a job well done

**Salary**: $30.00 - $32.00 per hour

- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday
- Morning shift

- Gardening: 1 year (preferred)
