**About Us**

Based centrally in Varsity Lakes, we are a small garden services and landscaping company with a big heart, servicing a large area on the Gold Coast. We love our work; we love what we do, and we go the distance to transform our client’s wishes into reality.

**About the role**

We are currently looking for reliable and enthusiastic team members to provide excellent garden maintenance on a casual basis, with possible conversion to permanent. A typical day may include:

- Lawn Mowing
- Whipper snipping
- Weeding and weed spraying
- Trimming of hedges
- Garden tidy up
- Mulching
- Taking photos and details for quotes and/or invoicing

**About You**

We offer great hours, a performance and retention bonus plus Monday to Friday work. We are looking for people that get satisfaction from a job well done. You will also have:

- Previous experience in a similar capacity
- Strong ability to operate the required tools and machinery.
- A valid driver’s licence and reliable transport (and be able to reverse-park a trailer)
- Ability to undertake physical tasks and complete outdoor work.
- A formal qualification in horticulture (desirable).

**Salary**: $28.00 - $30.00 per hour

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday
- Morning shift
- No weekends

Supplemental pay types:

- Performance bonus
- Retention bonus
