This is a part time role that will require early morning starts and weekend work. **Duties** - Inspect rooms to ensure they meet hotel standard - Report Maintenance Concerns - Ensure productivity is monitored and maintained - Room allocations - Assist with lost property requests from guests - Liaise with other hotel departments to ensure all guest requests are met Should you join our team, we will provide you with career development opportunities, a fun and rewarding work environment as well as hotel discounts worldwide. **Qualifications**: - Opera PMS experience highly desirable - Customer service experience - Strong verbal & written communication skills - Proven ability to learn & adapt quickly - Proven ability to work unsupervised - Efficient time management skills and able to juggle multiple tasks
