**ROLE DESCRIPTION**:
Our partner is seeking an enthusiastic person to take on the role of either Inside Sales Coordinator or Inside Sales Manager, depending on your skills and experience.

**Responsibilities**:

- Perform the role of Proposal Manager for major pursuits, charged with preparing winning proposals.
- Collaborate with Sales and Operations leads to develop value propositions that enhance our competitive position.
- Direct development of compliant and responsive proposals.
- Develop sales deliverables through multidisciplinary proposal teams.
- Maintain proposal schedules.
- Capture and implement lessons learned.
- Analyse and report on the sales pipeline.
- Support training and sales process improvement initiatives.

**Inside Sales Coordinator**
***:

- As an Inside Sales Coordinator you will work under the guidance of an Inside Sales Manager or the Sales Centre Director for coordinating research and analysis, sales material development, opportunity responses and knowledge management.

**Responsibilities**:

- Research and Analysis including conducting client, competitor and market research and collaborating with the Proposal Manager and Sales Lead.
- Sales material development including preparing written and graphical elements of sales opportunity response documents, interacting with operations personnel to support development of sales material, and proofing and editing technical and non-technical documents for consistency.
- Opportunity Response Co-ordination including working with proposal team members to develop opportunity response plans, organising and participating in response-related meetings; and coordinating production of response documents.
- Knowledge Management including promoting the use of proposal collaboration tool managing content, updating/maintaining additional sales qualification and reference materials.
- Analysis and reporting of the sales pipeline.
- Support to training and sales process improvement initiatives.
