Technical Baker

**The Opportunity**
Working within our Product team, the Technical Baker (Product Support Specialist) plays an important role in developing our network’s product knowledge through hands-on training facilitation and engaging in training support activities.

Working in a fast-paced environment, some of your responsibilities in this permanent full time role include:

- Delivering product training support in bakeries
- Driving quality and consistency of our product throughout the network.
- Assisting with the development and delivery of Bread shows, Forums and other relevant events.
- Developing product training resources and policies.
- Assisting with new and existing product development activities such as ingredient testing.

**Let’s hear about you**
- Experience in Microsoft Office is essential.
- We are looking for someone who has a strong ability to mentor and influence others
- You will be required to travel interstate within the role so a valid driver’s licence is a must.
- Some weekend work will also be required.

Pay: $70,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
