**About the role**:
Reporting to the Business Manager, this newly created role will see you contributing and enhancing our customers experience through management of the various portfolios and identifying areas for improvement within the digital space.
Some of your key deliverables include;
- Engaging with internal and external stakeholders and suppliers to obtain key product information
- Identifying data gaps and making recommendations to improve B2C and B2B content
- Researching and reviewing industry websites to identify best practice approach to ensure category is enhanced
- Support the Merchandise team in managing and processing product content information and channel visibility for our online channels
- Provide analytics and reporting to the Merchandise team which will help increase customer experience and sales growth

**About you**:
You possess a natural flair for building stakeholder relationships and is self-motivated and passionate about bringing product to life online. You are analytical and organised with high levels of attention to detail. You are able to analyse and interpret information, highlight nuances and provide recommendations or practical solutions.
