**About this role**:
A leading Architectural Acoustic Product Manufacturer is looking for an experienced Specification Manager to join their Sydney team.
They have a rich understanding of têxtile manufacturing, and expertise in how unique acoustic products are created, allowing their products to be set apart from others in the industry.
In this role you will be responsible for the management of existing client relationships and securing new business opportunities. You will drive sales and growth in new and existing markets.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Identify and create sales leads and opportunities
- Execute strategies to identify and cultivate relationships with architectural and design firms
- Maintain an in-depth technical knowledge of current products and specifications, and educate clients on the best solutions for their projects
- Attend and coordinate industry events and presentations to build brand awareness
- Manage multiple clients and projects concurrently
- Meet and exceed sales goals

**Skills and experience**
- 3+ years experience in a similar sales role, ideally within the A&D industry
- Experience working with Salesforce or similar CRM is desirable
- A strong understanding of the project architectural specification process
- Superb interpersonal skills and ability to build productive working relationships
- A team player who thrives working collaboratively with a wider team
- Proactive, personable and highly motivated
- Exceptional time management with a strong work ethic
