**The Opportunity**

We are thrilled to offer an exciting opportunity within our expanding MinRes family as an Educational leader. Here at MinRes, we take employee wellbeing seriously; and as part of that we have developed a childcare centre which makes life easier for parents/guardians in our MinRes workforce. Our childcare service is a benefit for our employees, therefore our sole focus is fostering the wellbeing and development of our NextGen children.

Reporting to the Centre Manager, you will be responsible for providing support and guidance to Educators in the centre. You will be an influential member of the leadership team, with the ability to shape programming across the centre. This will be an off-the-floor position and duties will include but not be limited to:

- Supporting our educators to implement the cycle of planning to enhance programs and practices
- Guide, inspire and motivate educators to influence their practice and pedagogy
- Build positive relationships with staff members to foster their growth and development
- Follow the EYLF and ensure compliance is met and exceeded
- Adherence to the Childcare Centre's policies and procedures

**What is required**
- Hold a Early Childhood Teacher (ECT) certification, or hold a diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care
- Experience working in an Early Years educational environment
- Valid Working with Children Check (WWCC)
- An energic and creative individual with a passion for working with children and early education
- Friendly and polite with the ability to influence and nurture a team of educators
