**The Opportunity: Educational Leader**
- **Schedule**: Monday - Friday, 5 days per week

- **Hours**: Up to 38 hours with flexibility
- **Compensation**: Up to $40 per hour + super

**We would love you to have**:

- A Diploma of Early Childhood Education
- Previous experience as a room leader/educational leader
- Use your amazing coaching techniques to help develop reflective practices
- Identify areas of improvement and support educators in their planning
- Demonstrate a high level of communication skills and maintain a professional manner in the workplace
- Have a strong understanding of the EYLF and NQS
- A current Qld Blue Card
- Be passionate about a healthy lifestyle and good nutrition for our children

Queensland Childcare Services has been around for over 30 years and aims to be at the forefront of the Early Childhood Education sector. Our 24 centres offer a range of services to our families such as beach, bush and farm kindy, swimming and Healthy Bodies Programs. We even have our own dietician We value our team and offer the latest professional development opportunities as well as hosting our own conference with key note speakers.

**Our Centre**

**Hyperdome Early Education Centre **is located in Commercial Drive, Shailer Park, a 5 minute walk from the Hyperdome Shopping Centre. We care for up to 169 children per day and offer a huge range of high quality programs for our children such as swimming lessons, music and movement and language opportunities. We are passionate about sustainability and love to explore these practices with the children in our care.
