Whether you're experienced in the education or childcare sector, have done some babysitting, this is the first time you're thinking about working with children, or anything in between, THIS is the role for you
St Thomas Aquinas OSHClub is one of our larger services with a Coordinator a number of established Educators. As an Assistant Coordinator, you are required to work Monday - Friday, 7:00 AM - 9:00 AM BSC and 2:30 PM - 6:00 PM ASC. Totaling to 27.5 hours per week minimum.
You'll have the support of a state specific office, plus regional managers who regularly visit and mentor you at your service.
Develop and facilitate an engaging child-centered program full of exciting experiences such as STEM, sport, cooking, art and craft - whatever you and the children are into
Foster healthy relationships with children, the school, community, and parents
Assist in leading a team of Educators onsite, including roster management
Manage the day-to-day operations of your service including compliance and administration

Who are we looking for?
We can teach you about the job and sector, but a few basics you need to have:
Enjoy working with kids
Strong and clear communication
Team player with a desire to become a service leader
Must hold a Cert III or Diploma in Early Childhood Education & Care, Cert III or IV Education Support, Cert III or IV Outside School Hours Care or
Degree or diploma in education, recreation, sport science, leisure studies, social and behavioural science or nursing
Hold or willing to obtain a national police check (we'll pay for it) and a state check for working with children
