Based in the ACT, South East Queensland and South Australia currently with 53 centres, Edge Early Learning is creating a new leaf in early childhood education. **About our Charnwood Centre**
Our Charnwood centre was custom-designed around the natural elements of the suburb to suit the needs of all children from the ages of 6 weeks to school age. Our spacious outdoor play areas were purpose-built around the native Australian trees and include veggies gardens, sandpits, communal dining spaces and more. Edge Early Learning Charnwood was recently rated Exceeding in the National Quality Standards.

**Are you our next Edge Lead Educator?**
As our Lead Educator, you will:

- Lead a team of Educators, whilst focusing on individual development and mentoring in the education, care and supervision of each child.
- Have an ability to work collaboratively with fellow Educators to develop and implement inspirational educational programs.
- Create a friendly, secure, and stimulating interactive learning environment.
- Nurture and develop our team members so they confidently contribute to our children’s learning.
- Develop trusting and honest relationships with children, families, colleagues, management and community stakeholders.
- Ensure compliance with EYLF and NQS are met or exceeded.
- Be able to work flexible hours (including school pick up hours).

**Qualifications & Experience** - Diploma in Early Childhood Education or bachelor's in early childhood.
- Current Working with Vulnerable People Card.
- Current First Aid & CPR Certificate.
- Current Asthma and Anaphylaxis Certificate.
- Prior experience as a Lead Educator is favorable.
