Are you seeking a role that will help you develop into a Finance Business Partner and provide you with a supportive team environment?
This role is a newly created role to support the team of Finance Business Partners with their day to day deliverables.
Reporting to the FP&A Manager, you will be part of the team to provide high quality financial services and support across enterprise strategy and planning, integrity and risk management, performance reporting, project management, finance, procurement, facilities, and fleet management.
Your key responsibilities will be:
- to provide budget and financial management across the business, through assisting the Finance Business Partners in providing advice, information and analysis required to support decision making;
- support the monthly management reporting process, through completion of manual accrual postings, reconciliations, and variance analysis;
- assist in the development and preparation of the annual budget, quarterly forecasting, and input into State Government Budget processes;
- assist the FBP's in any administrative tasks you can take away from them to free them up.
You will be CA/CPA qualified or studying towards, have excellent communication and presentation skills and be able to build strong rapport with the business, have excellent Excel skills and be proficient with large ERPs.
You must also be able to commit to a 2 year fixed term contract.
