Seasons has an exciting full-time opportunity available for a dedicated, hardworking and mature-minded Maintenance and Gardening Professional to join our friendly Sinnamon Park community.

Reporting to the Community Manager, you will work to ensure a high standard of service and reliable operation of plant, equipment, general building, and grounds maintenance, whilst providing a variety of maintenance services to residents. Located in the leafy Centenary suburbs, Seasons Sinnamon Park offers one, two and three bedroom luxury, self-contained apartments within resort-style surrounds.

We are seeking someone who is service oriented, possessing exceptional people skills as well as the hands-on skills required to fulfill the variety of tasks involved on a day-to-day basis.

**About the Role**
Key responsibilities include:

- Care and maintenance of the grounds, gardens and buildings, maintaining a high standard of tidiness in liaison with the Community Manager.
- Use and care of garden machinery and general tools, including power tools.
- Supervising all work performed by outside contractors, monitoring compliance with specified standards.
- Maintaining accurate plans for essential services and accurately documenting changes and logging general maintenance work.
- Auditing vacated apartments and supervising/performing work as required to return them to a high standard for resale.
- Maintaining and operating asset register/maintenance program for the community.
- Assisting in driving the community bus to take residents on outings.

**About You**
- A highly confident, competent all-rounder, previous experience working in aged care is desirable.
- Excellent interpersonal communication skills, including tact, problem solving, negotiation and relationship building skills with a broad range of people.
- Ability to establish appropriate priorities and meet deadlines.
- Mature and warm person who enjoys assisting the elderly.
- Hardworking, reliable, motivated and diligent.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Possess sound computer skills.
- Trade skills/qualification would be desirable.

Job requirements:

- Current National or Federal Police Check.
- Current First Aid and CPR qualifications.
- Current Flu and COVID Vaccination certificates.
- Current manual drivers license.
