We are seeking a creative and driven individual who is passionate about marketing and social media to join our national team in our South Perth Office. As a Marketing and Social Media Coordinator, you will be responsible for providing administrative and marketing assistance to our national business. You will play a key role in developing and implementing marketing strategies and campaigns that promote our brand and increase our visibility across social media channels.

**About the role**:

- Manage social media platforms (Linked In, Facebook, Instagram & Tik Tok), including content creation, scheduling, and engagement.
- Collaborate with internal teams to create content, marketing campaigns, events, and promotions.
- Conduct market research and analyse data to inform marketing strategies.
- Bring to life the Tecside brand through communication including, tone, message etc.
- Monitor and report on the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and make recommendations for improvements.
- Identify new social media and content opportunities
- Stay up to date with industry trends and best practices in marketing and social media.
- Monitor and report on social media engagement and adjust strategies as necessary to improve performance
- Provide administrative support as required, including data entry, scheduling, and maintaining marketing databases

**About you**:

- Creative flair & think outside the box
- Proven experience as a marketing / content creator
- Skills with Videography and Photography desirable
- Proven track record of developing and executing successful social media campaigns
- Strong writing and editing skills
- Experience with social media management tools
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, Canva and Adobe Creative Suite
- Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
