**The Company..**
This well-respected Government organization have an immediate need for x3 Ministerial & Parliamentary Communications Officers to join their dynamic team to support the Minister’s Office and Executive in managing all ministerial correspondence.
This state government department plays a crucial role in the growth of NSW. WFH flexibility, 2 days a week in the Sydney CBD office per week.
**The Job..**
In this Ministerial Liaison Officer role, you will be responsible for the following duties:
- Prepare correspondence, briefings, and responses to requests on complex matters
- Assist with the review of asset related policies, procedures and guidelines for effective asset and facilities management operations
- Providing ministerial support to team as requested
- Manage high volumes of information to ensure quality strategies and protocols concerning the management of information, including version control are embedded
- Managing day to day relationships between all relevant parties on all ministerial, parliamentary and other information requests
**You.**
To be successful in this role, you must have experience in the following areas:
- Minimum of 6 months experience in a similar position
- Strong attention to detail is a must
- Previous Government experience is a must
- Ability to prioritize conflicting tasks to meet critical deadlines
- Previous experience preparing and managing high level confidential correspondence
