**Calling All Appointment Setters and Cold Callers**

If you have experience in cold calling, we want to hear from you Experience in the solar industry is **not required**—in fact, we often find that those without prior solar or battery industry experience excel in this role.

**Training** will cover the basics of solar, which is all you need to succeed. Bring a positive attitude and energy, and you’ll be on your way to meeting our lead generation targets.

**Role Overview**:

- **Location**: Office-based in Brisbane
- **Responsibilities**: Make outbound calls, schedule in-home appointments for potential customers, and promote our products.

**To Qualify**:

- Must be an Australian or New Zealand Citizen/Permanent Resident with working rights in Australia.
- Over 18 years of age.
- Previous experience in a fast-paced outbound contact center is essential.
- Fluent in English with excellent communication skills.
- Ability to handle customer objections.

**Desirable**:

- At least 6 months in a fast-paced outbound contact center.
- Experience in the renewables sector is a plus, but full training will be provided.
- Self-motivated and target-driven.
