We're looking for a driven, energetic Cold Caller / Prospector to help us connect with homeowners and build the first step of their real estate journey with Q Realty.
This isn't hard selling – it's about curiosity, connection, and finding out what's truly going on behind someone's decision to sell. You'll be planting seeds that grow into lifelong clients.
What You'll Be Doing
- Calling warm and cold homeowner leads from our database (no door knocking)
- Asking smart, simple questions to uncover if someone's thinking about moving
- Booking appointments or sending links to our team for follow-up
- Adding notes to our CRM and updating lead status
- Working from our office - full training
- Are resilient and don't take rejection personally
- Have a naturally friendly, confident phone manner
- Are curious and love hearing people's stories
- Can follow a script and know when to go off-script
- Are driven by goals, with the fire to hit your numbers
- Have previous sales, hospitality, retail or customer service experience (real estate not essential)
- Hourly pay + bonus structure for appointments or qualified leads
