They are looking for a travel insurance phone sales consultant to join their small but growing team in Adelaide CBD.

**Your new role**

As a travel insurance phone sales consultant, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service and advice to potential and existing customers over the phone. You will also sell travel insurance products that suit the customers’ needs and budget, process payments and issue policies, handle enquiries, complaints and claims, work collaboratively with your team and other departments, and meet sales targets and KPIs.

**What you'll need to succeed**

To be considered for this role, you will require the below previous experience.
- Call centre or customer service experience
- Phone sales experience
- Travel or insurance industry knowledge (Advantageous but not required)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- A positive and proactive attitude
- A passion for travel and helping people.
- A high level of attention to detail and accuracy.
- The ability to work under pressure and multitask.
- The willingness to learn and adapt to changing situations.
