A fantastic opportunity has developed for a self-motivated individual to build a career within a highly successful sales environment with a South Nowra based company that is the market leader within its field.

The role will be focused on immersing yourself in the building industry fostering longstanding relationships and identifying/pursuing opportunities within the residential and commercial market.

Roles and responsibilities:

- Building and maintaining existing relationships with current clients
- Preparing sales proposals
- Negotiating contracts and closing deals
- Collaborating with admin and management teams
- Account management

The key criteria to your success will be:

- High level of motivation to succeed
- Proven track record in sales, business development or account management
- Demonstrated ability to meet and exceed sales targets, negotiate contracts and close deals
- Have the passion and savviness for seeking out new opportunities
- Persuasive sales and marketing oriented nature
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to prioritise and time mange yourself
- Strong attention to detail especially with presentations
- Be a well-developed negotiator with relationship building skills
- Sound literacy and numeracy skills
- Experience with MYOB, CRM systems or Microsoft office an advantage
- Experience in the construction industry is an advantage

Applicants must currently live in Australia, preferably the Shoalhaven region.

This is a full-time, on-site role - Monday to Friday.

A driver’s licence is required. A white card will be required but can be obtained prior to commencing work.

Pay: $70,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
