
Cyber Security Consulting Lead

A new job opportunity presents now in DXC for a Consulting leader in the Cyber Security space to manage a successful Cyber Security team in delivering excellence to our client. This role will provide excellent opportunities to lead and manage projects while enabling you to provide expert advice to the solutioning team in acquiring new deals.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Lead client facing security consulting team and actively contribute to our growth and success within the region.
- Lead delivery of large and complex client security engagements, greenfield projects, large T&T programs, cloud security architecture design, cloud governance and compliance framework, DevSecOps transformation, Maturity reviews, security assessments etc.
- To actively establish, maintain and strengthen client’s relationships.
- Take an active role in supporting Sales and Pursuit team to solution large complex deals.
- Using your market knowledge and Vendor network connection to recommend and lead the development of new service offerings.
- Have accountability to delivery project within the agreed cost and timeline
- Responsible to mentor and guide a team to achieve the outcome in the most efficient and effective way.
**Experience and Skills Requirement**:
- 10+ years of experience within Cyber Security domain as a Advisor, Consultant, Risk management space.
- Min 3 years of experience in leading a security service team focused on delivering large complex projects. Ability to manage a team of 15-20 Security consultants.
- Demonstrate a broad understanding of market dynamics, industry area, commercial issues, and technical concerns whilst maintaining depth in core focus area
- Experience in designing and operating cyber security risk and management framework, policies, standards, procedures, with the use of NIST, ISO27001, CoBIT and/or other internationally recognized cyber security standards.
- Advanced project, analysis, problem solving, and business relationship skills.
- Informed on Corporate Governance - understand the compliance landscape (regulatory / legislative / best practice / company policy).
- Good interpersonal and consultative skills.
- An Australian citizen with current national security clearance or eligible for a clearance. (preferred)
- Industry Certification like CISSP, CISM/CRISC, CCSP, CCSK preferred.
