The purpose of the Legal team is to build trust with investors and the community. In doing so, it works closely with the Executive Leadership Team and the Boards and Committees to develop, maintain and monitor a system of rules, controls, policies and procedures that mitigate risk for the business.

The Legal Team Co-Ordinator is responsible for providing administrative support to the Legal Team. We are looking for someone who has an upbeat, professional manner and a positive can-do attitude. We can offer this role on a hybrid working basis.

**The responsibilities of the role include**:

- Ensure the effective and extensive diary management for the relevant team members
- Use initiative for prioritisation of meetings, organise, manage, plan and track meeting requests
- Support and facilitate travel arrangements for the team
- Attend to word processing, PowerPoint or spread sheeting requirements for the team as requested
- Support in ensuring the accuracy and currency of documentation

**To deliver successful outcomes in this role you will**:

- Minimum 2 years in a similar position
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams
- High attention to detail coupled with excellent communication skills
- Ability to always uphold confidentiality
- Thrive in an ambiguous and fast paced environment
