Are you a caring, positive, and motivated individual with a passion for supporting older people in your community? Intereach is looking for **Community Support Workers (CSWs)** to join our dynamic Aged Care team in **Albury**.

In this **permanent part-time role** (with flexible hours negotiable), you’ll be delivering meaningful, person-centred care to people over the age of 65 — helping them maintain their independence, stay connected, and live fulfilling lives at home and in their community.

**What You’ll Be Doing**

As a Community Support Worker, you’ll provide:

- Respite care
- Domestic assistance
- Personal care
- Social support services
- Meal preparation services

Your work will empower older individuals to continue their daily routines and feel supported in their own homes.

**Who We’re Looking For**

We’d love to hear from you if you:

- Have a **Certificate III or IV** in Individual Support, Aged Care, Disability, Home & Community Care, Assistant in Nursing or Nursing
- Bring hands-on experience in supporting older people and their carers
- Understand the importance of dignity, empathy, and partnership in care
- Want to be part of a team that genuinely cares and supports each other
