Flock Family Supports is a growing NDIS provider committed to empowering people in our community.

We are looking for caring, reliable and motivated Home Care Workers to join our team.

About the Role:

As a Care Worker, you will provide person-centred support to clients in their homes and community. You will help people achieve their goals, maintain independence and enjoy a high quality of life.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Assisting clients with daily living activities (personal care, meal preparation, household tasks)
  • Providing social and community access support
  • Supporting clients with mobility and transport needs
  • Maintaining accurate records and documentation
  • Following individual care plans and NDIS quality standards

What We're Looking For:

  • A genuine passion for helping people
  • Reliability, empathy and strong communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Previous experience in disability, aged care, or community services (preferred but not essential)

Must have:

  • Certificate III/IV in Aged Care, Individual Support, or equivalent qualification.
  • Previous experience in aged or community care is preferred, or a strong desire to begin a career in aged care.
  • Empathetic and resourceful, embodying our values.
  • Current NDIS Worker Screening Check
  • Current First Aid and CPR certificate
  • Current Driver's Licence and reliable vehicle with comprehensive insurance.
