We are seeking customer focused, reliable Domestic Assistants to join us in a fixed term part-time capacity.

**About the role**

Our Domestic Assistants provide support to people with lower level activities of daily living. The role requires ongoing communication with the Scheduling Team via the Scheduling App (download to your Smart Phone) in relation to shift coverage, shift requirements, agreed service outcomes, and reporting and feedback mechanisms to ensure effective and safe delivery of services.

DAs are required to follow essential company policy detailed in the Employee Handbook and WHS Handbook and meet Industry Practice Standards.

DAs are required to work in client's homes and hence the use of a comprehensively insured, properly maintained vehicle, an internet enabled Smartphone and the ability to report into head office regularly is mandatory.

Shifts are scheduled predominantly Monday to Sunday 9am - 5pm.

This may include some or all of the following:

- General cleaning and domestic assistance
- Meal preparation
- Social interaction

**What do we need from you?**
- Drivers licence with a fully insured & registered vehicle
- National Criminal History Check (valid within the last 3 years)
- NDIS Clearance/Yellow Card
- Covid-19 And Influenza Vaccination
- Working rights in Australia (Passport, Birth Certificate etc)

**Nice to have**:

- Experience in Aged Care and/or Disability sectors
