We're on the lookout for experienced Mixologists and cocktail guru's to join the award-winning Sol team on a casual basis.

**What does the role look like?**

Your shift may start with taking some time to prepare the bar and ensure you have everything you need to work your magic and create the cocktails and drinks you are proud of. Mixology and cocktail experience are a must. You will be well versed in cocktail curation and have unrivalled product knowledge, driven by a deep passion to deliver extraordinary experiences for our guests.

**What you will look like?**

You will be a foodie, and of course a beverage enthusiast Delivering an exceptional and memorable experience to your guests will be your passion, and you will be a naturally energetic and self-motivated individual. You will have proven bar experience and will endeavour to make every customers' experience a memorable one, ensuring your excellent beverage knowledge is shown throughout your service. Availability on Friday and Saturday nights is a must.
