We're on the lookout for experienced hospitality sensations to join the award-winning Sol team on a casual basis. We are looking for experienced Mixologists, Bar Porters, and Restaurant staff to join our team.

**What does the role look like?**

**Mixologists** - If Mixology is your forte, your shift may start with taking some time to prepare the bar and ensure you have everything you need to work your magic and create the cocktails and drinks you are proud of. Whether it's serving signature cocktails at the roof top bar or showcasing your skillset as our personal in-room Mixologist for hotel guests, a flare for the creative is a must for our mixology team at Sol. Mixology and cocktail experience are a must, and an ability to work within our team on our busy Fridays and Saturdays is also essential.

**Bar Porters -** Support our beverage team by clearing and cleaning glassware, cleaning and tidying of areas and ensuring the bar is well-stocked. A great opportunity for those wanting to work in this bustling rooftop venue and learn the hospitality ropes.

**Wait Staff** - Working in the SA Restaurant of the Year 2021, you will provide a superior, unobtrusive restaurant service to our guests. Overseeing our dining service, you will serve and present our menu to your tables with passion and confidence, ensuring guests are always greeted with warmth and excitement. Previous restaurant experience is essential.

**What you will look like?**

You will be a foodie, and of course a beverage enthusiast Delivering an exceptional and memorable experience to your guests will be your passion, and you will be a naturally energetic and self-motivated individual. You will have proven restaurant and bar experience and will endeavour to make every customers' experience a memorable one, ensuring your excellent food and beverage knowledge is shown throughout your service. Availability on Friday and Saturday nights is a must.
