**Description**:
**The Role**:
Based in Salisbury South (Adelaide), the Maintenance and Facilities Manager will oversee overall plant and equipment, maintenance of the manufacturing and tooling, manage maintenance and engineering resources on site, and be responsible for facilities & maintenance cost budget as well as new CAPEX driven by the Adelaide Manufacturing site The role places particular emphasis on OHS, staff training and mentoring, preventative maintenance, downtime analysis and championing continuous improvement.

**Key Deliverables**:
Employee Relations (Safety, Skills Assessment OHS Management, All Equipment and Processes comply with OHS)
Preventative Maintenance (Tooling; Equipment)
Engineering (tooling design, equipment installation and upgrade, PFME)
Continuous Improvement (support to production to improve OEE and reduce equipment breakdowns)
Spare Part Management

Are you the Allstar we are searching for?

Degree qualified in mechanical engineering or equivalent.
At least 10 years of experience working in a manufacturing environment
Proficiency in CAD systems such as Solidworks 3D, Inventor 3D and AutoCAD 2D
Experience in tooling and equipment design and optimisation, installation of equipment
