**ABOUT THE ROLE**:
We are seeking passionate Home Care Workers to support our clients located in the Geelong, Bellarine Peninsula and Surf Coast areas to live independently at home by providing personal care, domestic assistance, assisted shopping and meal preparation.

The role offers:
