Our award-winning, two-year Graduate Program supports the growth and development of our diverse workforce and encourages you to find your preferred pathway. Our program gives you the flexibility to rotate across our diverse open pit and underground operations. About the role
Our Geologists are exposed to the full mining cycle - underground and open pit operations, Resource Definition and Greenfields. Across our operations we mine copper and five different mineralisation's of gold - orogenic, high-sulphidation, low-sulphidation, intrusion related and carbonate base-metal gold.
As this is a site-based role, we expect you to work at two different operations across Australia throughout the two-year program.
About you
**It is also important that you have/can demonstrate**:
A Science degree majoring in Geology, Geoscience, Geophysics (honours strongly preferred) or similar degree completed in the last three years
A genuine passion for Geoscience and desire to work on diverse ore deposits
Ability to coordinate a range of activities within a demanding environment
Adaptability in various environments and situations
Excellent stakeholder engagement and relationship building skills at all levels
Strong analytical skills
Strong research and critical thinking skills
